tipa.exe         The TIPA package containing the International Phonetic Alphabet.
                 This is a self-extracting ZIP file.  Run it in a temporary directory
                 on your PC, then execute INSTALL.BAT, which assumes that you have
                 installed MikTeX in c:\texmf as we normally do at the AI Center.
