We have been advised that, as of mid-2010, the Graduate School is
moving toward a policy of letting people use LaTeX in its native
format (with some options such as 12pt, doublespace, fullpage)
so long as officially required abstract, title, and approval pages
are added at the beginning.  A special style sheet will not be
required.  An example of how to construct the abstract, title, and
approval pages in LaTeX will be circulated, but it will also be
possible to construct them with a different word processor and 
splice them onto the beginning of the PDF file.

Check with the Graduate School for the current status of this
change of policy.

The uga.sty style sheet will remain available but may not be
satisfactory for all purposes and will no longer be updated.
