This viewer, developed by Karthik Nadig and Tom Horton, displays a snake in 0-based transition form. The dimensions are arranged in the increasing order of visits. To view a single snake paste the node or transition sequence into the text box on the top, select the type of sequence and you should see the snake. To view several snakes, load the CSV of sequences, choose the appropriate sequence type and the viewer cycles through all the snakes. Enjoy.
Note: Be sure to check the CSV file, it must contain only the sequences. The SIB database has CSV files with some text in them remove it before using. The viewer will display “Not a snake” if the entered data, or data in the file is invalid.
